Sundar Pichai Chapter
Who is Sundar Pichai?
Sundar Pichai is the current CEO of Alphabet of Google; settled in the heart of Silicon Valley, his work at Google has brought the general public products such as Google Chrome, as well as others. Born in Madurai, India, he attended IIT Kharagpur for his bachelor’s in metallurgical engineering. He moved to the US shortly thereafter to attend Stanford University for his master’s in materials science and engineering and his MBA at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also known for his work in the development of ChromeOS, Google Drive, and the Android product line.
Who's teaching?
The Sundar Pichai Chapter is solely led by Vrishank Chandrasekhar, a sophomore at Lynbrook High School who loves STEM. This year, he teaches a course about deep learning, covering the applications of this revolutionary tool in various fields.
